15 August 2020 |

Happy Independence to all my friends. My name is Sanjeev Kumar Bawa. Today, 15 of august is very important day for our nation. Friends as we know we are celebrating our 74th years of independence day.

There are thousands of freedom fighters and country people who sacrifice their life for our nation. Indian Army Soldier Mangal Pandey first raised his voice against the Britishrule. After that there were so many great leaders who involved and started their plan for makingIndia an independent.

We can never forget the sacrifices of Bhagat Singh, Chandra Shekher Azad , Subhas chandra Bose, Rani laxmi bai, Raj guru, sukh dev Thapaer, Ram Prasad bismill and many more... who sacrifice their lives at the young age just for our country.

When the people of the whole world were sleeping, people in India were struggling and were walking to get freedom from the British rule. Finally the India got independent on 15th of August 1947. Our first prime minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru gave his famous "Tryst with Destiny" speech at The Red Fortin Delhi.

After independence, India has become a largest democratic country in the world and the best example of unity in diversity. On this day local and government offices areclosed Shops, businesses and other organizations may be closed or have reduced their working hours.

Independence Day is a day when people in India pay homage to their leaders and those who fought for our country Our new generation has considered National Days like Independence Day and Republic Day just as a Holiday.

Even some people don't go to their respective school, colleges and offices. They just merely sit at their home, they want to chill with their family by Outing they like to go to their favorite restaurant. They like going to vacations and spend these days enjoying with their friends and some people get busy to updates their status on facebook and whatsapp to prove their patriotism. But is this the right way to show patriotism?

Patriotism can be displayed in many ways We can participate in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. Our Honourable Prime Minister, Narendra Modi started this initiative in 2014 So we can celebrate such festivals by cleaning their localities, offices, workplaces and many more... so the true meaning of Patriotism and Nationalism can be maintained with dignity.

Not only this, we can do charity to the helpless people. We can go to any NGOs office who work for our Nation . We should learn from them. How do they do their work, how can we help needed people with that NGO. But unfortunately we Indians take these things very lightly.

We need to be serious towards our nation so that we can make it bigger, better, safe and secure. Leaders do politics on religion they do politics on turban. Why don't they try to understand that religion and patriotism both or different. Koi bhi dharam bura nahi hota Dharm ke thekedar yes, the contractors of religion, you must have heard in news channels, they mislead us in the name of religion.

I dont need to explain about any more... but the most important thing is that this is because of lack of education. PADEGA INDIA TABHI BADEGA INDIA. With these thoughts I want to end my Article. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!
